- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of global regulations and product stewardship requirements in the oil and gas industry.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements in the areas of safety and sustainability.
- Manage and maintain all necessary regulatory submissions and documentation for products and services.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding product compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all products and services meet regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to proactively identify potential compliance issues and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to stay informed on changes and updates in regulations.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders and customers regarding regulatory compliance and product stewardship.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in regulatory compliance.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Or Regulatory Affairs
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Affairs Or Product Stewardship, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Industry
In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards, Such As Reach, Ghs, And Epa Requirements
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Regulatory Information And Communicate It Effectively To Internal And External Stakeholders
Experience With Product Risk Assessment And Management, Including Creating And Maintaining Safety Data Sheets (Sds) And Product Labels.
