  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of global regulations and product stewardship requirements in the oil and gas industry.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements in the areas of safety and sustainability.
  • Manage and maintain all necessary regulatory submissions and documentation for products and services.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding product compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all products and services meet regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to proactively identify potential compliance issues and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to stay informed on changes and updates in regulations.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and customers regarding regulatory compliance and product stewardship.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in regulatory compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Or Regulatory Affairs

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Affairs Or Product Stewardship, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards, Such As Reach, Ghs, And Epa Requirements

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Regulatory Information And Communicate It Effectively To Internal And External Stakeholders

  • Experience With Product Risk Assessment And Management, Including Creating And Maintaining Safety Data Sheets (Sds) And Product Labels.
