- Develop and implement procurement strategies and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and evaluating supplier performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and track delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Review and analyze purchase requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the procurement function.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities and contracts.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies to inform procurement decisions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management
Strong Negotiating Skills And Ability To Manage Vendor Relationships
Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Regulations, Including Compliance With Local And International Laws
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
