- Manage the entire order-to-cash process for assigned clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection.
- Proactively communicate with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions, including billing documents and payment receipts.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments, taking appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances.
- Continuously review and improve the order-to-cash process to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and ensure compliance with all billing and payment requirements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or risks in the order-to-cash process to management.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall business processes and customer experience.
- Train and mentor new team members as needed to ensure a smooth onboarding and understanding of the order-to-cash process.
Strong Understanding Of Otc Processes: A Qualified Otc Process Representative Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Order-To-Cash (Otc) Processes, Including Order Management, Invoicing, Credit Management, Collections, And Cash Application.
Excellent Communication Skills: As An Otc Process Representative, Effective Communication With Internal And External Stakeholders Is Crucial. This Includes Written And Verbal Communication, As Well As Active Listening And Problem-Solving Skills.
