In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling) tools to ensure they are in optimal working condition for our clients.   1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on MPD tools to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with MPD tools and develop effective solutions.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential maintenance needs.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on MPD tools.
  5. Work closely with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance and repairs.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in MPD technology to continuously improve maintenance practices.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues regarding maintenance and repair work.
  10. Take ownership of the quality of work performed and ensure all MPD tools meet company standards.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Troubleshooting And Repairing Mpd Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Maintenance And Repair Of Mpd Tools, Including Troubleshooting Any Issues That May Arise During Operation.

  • Knowledge Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems: Mpd Tools Are Complex Mechanical And Electrical Systems, So A Strong Understanding Of These Systems Is Essential For Maintaining And Repairing Them.

  • Familiarity With Halliburton Mpd Tools: Since Halliburton Has Its Own Line Of Mpd Tools, Familiarity With These Specific Tools Is A Plus. This Includes Knowledge Of Halliburton's Proprietary Software And Control Systems.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Mpd Tools Are Used In Drilling Operations, Which Can Be Fast-Paced And Time-Sensitive. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Work Efficiently Under Pressure And Meet Tight Deadlines.
