  1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels of materials and equipment.
  2. Monitor and track the movement of materials throughout our operations.
  3. Plan and schedule deliveries of materials to meet production and project timelines.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement efficient material flow processes.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  6. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues.
  7. Utilize inventory management software to track and organize materials.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all materials are available and ready for use.
  10. Continuously review and improve material control processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on materials control procedures.
  12. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while handling materials.
  13. Monitor material usage and provide reports on inventory levels and trends.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any material-related issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Materials Control, Inventory Management, Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Inventory Control, And Supply Chain Logistics.

  • Proficient In Using Inventory Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, Able To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
