9. Act as a liaison between the IT department and senior management, providing regular updates and reports on technology initiatives, projects, and performance.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve IT processes and procedures to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of service delivery.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies or systems to enhance business operations.
