  1. Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs to promote a safe and sustainable work environment for employees.
  2. Monitor and evaluate existing programs to identify and address potential risks and hazards.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for maintaining a safe and sustainable workplace.
  5. Train and educate employees on health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for all health, safety, and environmental inquiries and concerns.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stay up-to-date on any changes in laws or regulations.
  8. Investigate and report on any workplace incidents and develop corrective action plans.
  9. Analyze data and prepare reports on key health, safety, and environmental metrics.
  10. Lead and/or participate in emergency response drills and provide support during actual emergencies.
  11. Collaborate with management to develop and maintain a culture of safety and sustainability.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in health, safety, and environmental practices.
  13. Monitor and manage budget and resources for health, safety, and environmental programs.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental programs.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports diversity and inclusion.
  16. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Health, Safety, And Environmental Role Within The Oil And Gas Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards, Including Osha, Epa, And Local Regulatory Agencies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Communicate Safety Protocols To All Levels Of Employees.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Safety And Environmental Management Systems, Conducting Risk Assessments, And Creating Training Programs.
