  1. Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable systems to support the company's services and products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues related to system stability, performance, and scalability.
  3. Monitor and analyze system metrics to proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  5. Continuously optimize and improve existing systems and processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
  6. Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in cloud infrastructure and software development.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure.
  8. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a smooth operation of systems.
  9. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to system alerts and incidents in a timely manner.
  10. Mentor and guide junior team members and assist in their professional development.
  11. Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion within the given timeline.
  12. Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Site Reliability Engineering Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Infrastructure And Experience With Aws, Google Cloud, Or Similar Platforms.

  • Proficiency In Scripting And Programming Languages Such As Python, Ruby, Or Bash.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
