1. Develop and maintain high-quality, user-friendly iOS applications for Gusto's payroll, benefits, and HR services.
2. Collaborate with the Mobile Core team to design and implement new features and functionality.
3. Ensure that all code is well-structured, efficient, and follows best practices.
4. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in iOS development and incorporate them into Gusto's mobile applications.
6. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
8. Mentor and assist junior engineers to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
9. Continuously improve and optimize existing code to enhance performance and user experience.
10. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
11. Identify and address potential issues and risks in a proactive manner.
12. Adhere to company coding standards, processes, and procedures.
13. Participate in Agile development processes and ceremonies.
14. Proactively suggest improvements and new ideas to enhance the mobile experience for Gusto's users.
15. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
