1. Lead a team of engineers in the development and maintenance of innovative software products for small businesses.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

4. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our software by implementing best practices and continuously improving processes.
