1. Design and develop software solutions for our Observability platform.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize observability requirements.
3. Conduct research and stay updated on emerging technologies and tools related to observability.
4. Implement best practices and standards for monitoring, logging, and tracing across our systems.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance and reliability.
6. Develop and maintain documentation for our observability platform.
7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
8. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
9. Continuously improve the scalability and efficiency of our systems through automation and monitoring.

12. Participate in on-call rotation to provide support and troubleshooting for production systems.
