  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for Gusto HR Partners platform, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and marketers to deliver innovative HR solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  3. Collaborate with top-tier HR partners to identify market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay current on industry trends and identify areas for potential growth.
  5. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs and market demand.
  6. Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  7. Drive product adoption and usage by creating effective marketing and sales strategies, in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
  8. Monitor product performance and user feedback, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve the product.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on the HR industry, staying up-to-date on regulations and compliance requirements.
  10. Mentor and coach junior product managers and provide guidance and support to team members.
  11. Collaborate with other product managers to ensure a cohesive product portfolio and roadmap.
  12. Represent Gusto at industry events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting our HR Partners platform.
  13. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams.
  14. Monitor and analyze product metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  15. Ensure all product initiatives align with the company's core values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • 7+ Years Of Experience In Product Management: A Senior Product Manager At Gusto Hr Partners Should Have At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Launching Successful Products And Managing Product Lifecycles.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Technology: As Gusto Hr Partners Specializes In Hr Technology, A Senior Product Manager Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry And Be Well-Versed In Hr Software, Payroll Services, And Compliance Regulations.
