As a Senior HR Consultant, you will play a critical role in advising and supporting our clients in all aspects of human resources. We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual who is dedicated to helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive through effective HR practices.   1. Serve as a key advisor to clients on all matters related to human resources, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current HR practices and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop customized HR strategies and solutions that align with clients' business goals and culture.
  4. Provide guidance and support to clients on complex HR issues and help them navigate through difficult situations.
  5. Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure clients are receiving the most current and effective advice.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted HR partner.
  7. Utilize strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address clients' unique needs and challenges.
  8. Collaborate with other HR team members to share knowledge and resources, and provide seamless support to clients.
  9. Participate in business development activities, including attending networking events and delivering presentations to potential clients.
  10. Serve as a mentor and resource to junior HR consultants on the team.
  11. Represent Gusto with a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve internal processes.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Proactively address potential issues or conflicts and provide guidance for resolution.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Hr Experience: A Senior Hr Consultant At Gusto Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Providing Strategic Hr Consulting Services To Clients.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations, And Be Able To Provide Guidance And Support To Clients In Navigating These Complex Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Hr Consultant, The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Build Relationships With Clients Is Crucial. This Includes Strong Presentation Skills And The Ability To Clearly Articulate Hr Strategies And Solutions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Hr Consulting Projects For Clients, With A Focus On Delivering Measurable Results And High Levels Of Client Satisfaction.

  • Hr Certification: A Senior Hr Consultant At Gusto Should Possess At Least One Hr Certification, Such As Shrm-Scp Or Phr, To Demonstrate Their Expertise And Knowledge In The Field Of Human Resources.
