Payroll Tax Resolution

The Tax Resolution team is within the Customer Operations function and is at the core of providing services that give our customers peace-of-mind. Customer Operations exists to ensure impeccable delivery of key customer needs.Provide exceptional service to our customers. Research and resolve complex cases and payroll tax notices on behalf of our customers. Provide clear and concise case documentation . Work cross-functionally with our Compliance, Engagement, Audit and Tax Operations teams. Interact with government agencies to represent Gusto, advocate for our customers, and resolve complex tax case. Self manage your time by showing initiative towards set goals. Manage a queue of tax notices, daily, towards a measured expectation of completion. This includes but is not limited to updating cases as needed, informing customers of any changes, and collaborating with the Tax Res team on escalated notices or LSI’s (Large Scale Issues).
