Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paralegal-Litigation and Legal Operations. In this role, you will be an integral part of our legal department, supporting our litigation efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our legal processes. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of legal procedures and excellent organizational skills.   1. Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts.
  2. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  3. Manage and organize case files and documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Assist with case management, including coordinating with outside counsel and other parties involved.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
  6. Monitor and track legal deadlines and ensure timely filings.
  7. Prepare and maintain legal reports and documents.
  8. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
  9. Assist with legal department operations, including budgeting, billing, and record-keeping.
  10. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure efficient and effective handling of legal matters.
  11. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all legal matters.
  13. Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
  14. Uphold the company's mission and values in all interactions and work responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Litigation And Legal Operations.
