  1. Develop and implement legal strategies and policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  2. Oversee and manage all employment-related legal matters, including but not limited to hiring, termination, discrimination, and harassment claims.
  3. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on legal matters, including HR, finance, and operations.
  4. Lead and manage the legal team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and proactively make necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
  6. Represent the company in all employment-related litigation, including drafting legal documents, attending hearings, and negotiating settlements.
  7. Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary and manage relationships with outside legal partners.
  8. Conduct internal investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
  9. Train and educate employees on employment law compliance and best practices.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making as part of the company's leadership team.
  11. Ensure that all legal processes and practices are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's goals and values.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all legal matters.
  13. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on employment law and litigation matters within the company.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve legal processes and procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for the company.
