As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Finance & Business Operations Partner to join our Pay Group team. This role will play a critical role in driving financial success and operational efficiency for our company and our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who is ready to take on this challenging yet rewarding role.   1. Develop and implement strategies to drive financial success and operational efficiency for both the company and clients.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any financial or operational issues.
  3. Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  4. Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  5. Create and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  6. Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Pay Group team.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide financial guidance and support.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in finance and business operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards.
  10. Mentor and train team members on financial concepts and processes.
  11. Collaborate with other finance and operations partners to drive company-wide initiatives and optimize processes.
  12. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve financial and operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Communicate financial results and progress towards goals to key stakeholders and management.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our financial and operational expertise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Business Operations, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proficiency In Financial Software And Tools, Such As Excel, Quickbooks, And Salesforce.
