  1. Develop and lead the financial strategy and vision for the organization, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for decision making.
  3. Manage and oversee all financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  5. Drive the financial planning and analysis process, including variance analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business operations and decision making.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for new initiatives and business opportunities.
  8. Oversee and manage the company's cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
  9. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes with senior leadership.
  14. Communicate financial performance and insights to the executive team and other stakeholders.
  15. Foster a culture of accountability and financial discipline within the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Corporate Finance, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Tax Laws, Financial Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
