- Develop and lead the financial strategy and vision for the organization, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for decision making.
- Manage and oversee all financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Drive the financial planning and analysis process, including variance analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business operations and decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for new initiatives and business opportunities.
- Oversee and manage the company's cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes with senior leadership.
- Communicate financial performance and insights to the executive team and other stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of accountability and financial discipline within the organization.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Corporate Finance, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Financial Planning, Budgeting, And Analysis Techniques.
Strong Understanding Of Tax Laws, Financial Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
