
Channel Account Manager (Gusto Pro - Accountant Partnerships)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Account Manager to join our Gusto Pro team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with accountants and bookkeeping firms, helping them to grow their businesses and providing support to their clients through our Gusto Pro platform. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth. - Develop and maintain partnerships with accountants and bookkeeping firms to grow their businesses and drive revenue for Gusto Pro.
- Act as the main point of contact for all channel partners, providing support and guidance on how to best utilize the Gusto Pro platform.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target potential new partners and create a strategic plan to onboard them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner firms, and act as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to ensure their needs are being met and address any issues or concerns they may have.
- Continuously monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to both partners and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to create targeted marketing and sales strategies for partners.
- Represent Gusto at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and identify potential partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Track and report on channel partner metrics, including revenue, retention, and satisfaction, and use this data to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Channel Or Partner Management, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Accounting Industry And Experience Working With Accountant Partners.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Account Management And Driving Revenue Growth Through Partner Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Networking Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Partners And Stakeholders.
