As a Channel Account Manager for our Gusto Pro - Accountant Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our accounting partners. We are looking for a driven and personable individual who can effectively communicate the value of our products and services to accounting professionals. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounting partners to promote Gusto Pro products and services.
- Act as the main point of contact for accounting partners, providing timely and effective communication and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute strategies for growing partner relationships.
- Identify new partner opportunities and cultivate new partnerships to expand the Gusto Pro program.
- Educate accounting partners on the benefits and features of Gusto Pro products and services.
- Train and onboard new accounting partners on the Gusto Pro platform.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Gusto, representing our company and values to partners.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the Gusto Pro program.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and recommendations for partner program improvements.
Proven Experience In Channel Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Managing Partnerships And Achieving Sales Targets In A Channel-Based Environment.
Knowledge Of The Accounting Industry: To Effectively Manage Partnerships With Accountants, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Accounting Industry, Including Its Trends, Challenges, And Key Players.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Channel Account Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Accountant Partners. This Requires Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal.
Strong Sales And Negotiation Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Sales And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Pitch Gusto Pro And Its Benefits To Potential Partners, As Well As Negotiate Terms And Agreements With Them.
