Business Systems Analyst
Serve as a strategic thought partner for all of the sales teams and own projects end to end from inception to completion. Perform detailed business analysis to formulate business requirements and identify, investigate and recommend innovative technology capabilities supporting Gusto’s business objectives. Regularly audit and provide guidance to BizTech and Sales organization on: overall sales efficiency; sales technology platform (i.e. Salesforce) health, usage, and effectiveness; platform strategy; areas of improvement. Drive the planning process in partnership with business stakeholders, build a roadmap and deliver on the commitments. Work with the development team to ensure the design and development of technology solutions fulfills all business requirements, achieves desired business objectives and goals. Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new application functionality. Analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing. Organize and prioritize feature implementation and team requests.
6+ years of experience as a business analyst supporting Sales and related functions
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
