- Develop and implement comprehensive and competitive benefits programs for our employees, in line with company values and budget.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on industry trends, benchmarking data, and employee needs to inform benefits program decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR and finance teams, to ensure benefits programs are aligned with overall company strategy and goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all benefits-related matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Communicate and educate employees on benefits offerings, changes, and updates through various channels, such as email, intranet, and in-person meetings.
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Monitor and analyze benefits data, such as enrollment, utilization, and costs, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits and ensure compliance.
- Lead open enrollment process and other benefits-related events, providing excellent customer service and support to employees.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting employee well-being and engagement through benefits programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Benefits Administration Or Hr Management.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits.
Experience With Benefits Software And Platforms, Such As Gusto, And The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Benefit Data.
