- Develop and manage comprehensive benefits programs for clients, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and meet regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on changes and trends in the employee benefits landscape, and make recommendations for program enhancements and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance of benefits programs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding their benefits programs, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Analyze benefits data and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure high-quality services for clients.
- Develop and deliver presentations and trainings to educate clients on their benefits options and help them make informed decisions.
- Monitor and track benefits program performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to benefits administration.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employee benefits and provide guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
- Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes to enhance the client experience and increase efficiency.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends to ensure Gusto remains a leader in employee benefits offerings.
- Embody the company's values of customer obsession, collaboration, and continuous learning in all aspects of the role.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Managerial Role
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams
Experience With Benefits Software And Systems, Such As Gusto, And Proven Ability To Implement And Manage New Benefits Programs.
