  1. Develop and manage comprehensive benefits programs for clients, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and meet regulatory requirements.
  2. Stay up-to-date on changes and trends in the employee benefits landscape, and make recommendations for program enhancements and updates.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance of benefits programs.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding their benefits programs, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  6. Analyze benefits data and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness.
  7. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure high-quality services for clients.
  8. Develop and deliver presentations and trainings to educate clients on their benefits options and help them make informed decisions.
  9. Monitor and track benefits program performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to benefits administration.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on employee benefits and provide guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
  12. Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes to enhance the client experience and increase efficiency.
  14. Stay current on industry best practices and trends to ensure Gusto remains a leader in employee benefits offerings.
  15. Embody the company's values of customer obsession, collaboration, and continuous learning in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Managerial Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams

  • Experience With Benefits Software And Systems, Such As Gusto, And Proven Ability To Implement And Manage New Benefits Programs.
