
Account Manager (Gusto Pro - Accountant Partnerships)

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with accountant partners to drive growth for Gusto Pro.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target potential accountant partners.
- Onboard new accountant partners, providing them with the necessary training and resources to effectively use Gusto Pro.
- Serve as the main point of contact for accountant partners, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Conduct regular check-ins with accountant partners to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Gusto Pro, promoting our platform and services to accountant partners and their clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations, and communicate relevant information to accountant partners.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the success of accountant partnerships and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product, to develop strategies for attracting and retaining accountant partners.
- Represent Gusto Pro at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential accountant partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales Within The Accounting Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Experience Working With Accounting Software, Preferably With Gusto.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Accounting Partners.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
