Gucci is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Product Development Manager to join our team in Florence, Italy.As Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Gucci’s products meet the highest standards of quality, while also driving innovation and creative approaches. You will work collaboratively with the Design, Merchandising and Production teams, as well as outside vendors, to bring to life Gucci’s vision and bring our products to the market.The successful candidate will have a degree in Design, Fashion or related field, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in product development. You must be highly organized, excellent at multi-tasking, and have strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills. You will be highly adept at working with a range of stakeholders, as well as being an excellent team player with a passion for the fashion industry.This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Product Development Manager to join a global fashion icon and make a genuine impact.
