Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Product Development Manager to join the Gucci team. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of innovative and competitive products and services. The Product Development Manager should have a passion for the fashion industry and be able to develop and execute product strategies, while managing a team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in product development with a fashion company, and possess a university degree in business, marketing, or a related field. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who can effectively take on multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment.The Product Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to ensure the successful delivery of product innovation, from concept to delivery. The successful candidate will be an organized and resourceful individual with a strategic mindset, who understands the importance of high-quality customer service and is committed to meeting deadlines.
