We are looking for an experienced and passionate People Partner to join the Human Resources team at Gucci. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to business leaders in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and career development. Additionally, you will be a trusted advisor to our employees, providing guidance and advice to ensure a positive and productive working environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years’ experience in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You must also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
