Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Gucci and act as a representative of our brand. The ideal candidate is an outgoing individual with exceptional customer service skills, a passion for fashion, and a deep knowledge of luxury brands. You will have the ability to identify customer needs, provide an outstanding customer experience, and deliver exceptional service. You should be able to connect with customers on a personal level and make them feel appreciated. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of the Gucci brand and our products is essential. In addition, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
