Product Specialist, Dental & Vision

We are looking for a talented Product Specialist, Dental & Vision to join the Guardian Life team. Our ideal candidate is a self-driven and motivated professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a knack for problem-solving and is committed to ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to promote Guardian Life's dental and vision products to customers.
2. Analyze customer needs and develop comprehensive solutions tailored to their individual requirements.
3. Monitor industry trends and make recommendations to ensure products remain competitive.
4. Research and develop product training materials for internal staff and external customers.
5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with dental and vision industry partners.
7. Prepare and present sales reports and product performance analyses.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
9. Manage the day-to-day operations of the product team.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
