As a Microsoft Systems Engineer – End User Technology, you will be responsible for monitoring the IT environment to ensure optimal system performance and responding to user requests for assistance.This role requires a combination of technical skills and customer service skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for our end-users. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for technology and a strong knowledge of Windows systems and networks.The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Systems Engineer – End User Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
