Data Science Engagement Lead

As Guardian Life continues to expand our data science capabilities, we are looking for an experienced Data Science Engagement Lead to join our team. This role requires an innovative individual with a passion for data and analytics who is capable of leading and delivering data science projects. 1. Lead data science projects from conception to completion, including design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
2. Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide meaningful insights.
4. Drive data-driven decisions.
5. Develop and maintain data science and analytics processes.
6. Analyze customer engagement data and trends.
7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback.
8. Utilize data visualization and predictive analytics tools.
9. Stay up to date with the latest data science and analytics trends.
10. Develop reports and presentations for stakeholders.
