We’re looking for an experienced and creative Business Development Strategist - Insurance to join the team at Guardian Life! In this role, you’ll be a key part of the development and implementation of new business strategies for our insurance products. You’ll need a combination of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the insurance industry.To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the insurance landscape and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic initiatives. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively with teams across the organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement creative business strategies for Guardian Life's insurance products.
  2. Analyze the insurance industry landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Work collaboratively with teams across the organization to drive business growth.
  4. Develop and manage budgets and resources to support business strategies.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and tactics.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance industry.
  7. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation related to business development initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
