We’re looking for an experienced and creative Business Development Strategist - Insurance to join the team at Guardian Life! In this role, you’ll be a key part of the development and implementation of new business strategies for our insurance products. You’ll need a combination of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the insurance industry.To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the insurance landscape and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative business strategies for Guardian Life's insurance products.
- Analyze the insurance industry landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the organization to drive business growth.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to support business strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance industry.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation related to business development initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
