- Ensure optimal performance of the robot delivery fleet by troubleshooting any mechanical or software issues.
- Monitor the fleet's performance and promptly address any operational issues.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with robot delivery vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure all robots in the fleet are properly maintained and serviced according to the manufacturer's specifications.
- Develop and implement strategies for ensuring the fleet's safety and security.
- Monitor and analyze data related to the fleet's performance and suggest improvements to maximize efficiency.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest robotic technology and trends in the industry.
- Design and implement training programs for personnel operating the robot delivery fleet.
- Create and provide reports on the fleet's performance and maintenance needs.
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies needed for robot maintenance and repairs.
