  2. Utilize data and analytics to identify new growth opportunities and optimize current acquisition channels.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
  4. Monitor and track key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital acquisition, and incorporate them into the growth strategy.
  6. Manage a budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  7. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
  8. Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of growth specialists.
  9. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience and drive user acquisition through product improvements.
