Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Manager, Enterprise Sales to join our team and help drive our enterprise sales initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role should have an extensive background in sales and account management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the strategic mindset to create and implement sales goals and objectives. We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to think outside the box and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy that increases the number of customers and maximizes revenue.
  2. Analyze customer data to identify target markets and develop sales strategies to capture those markets.
  3. Manage and track all sales activities, including pipeline management, customer communication, and forecasting.
  4. Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue.
  6. Lead and motivate a team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  7. Create and maintain a sales culture of excellence and accountability.
  8. Develop and manage a budget to ensure efficient use of resources and cost containment.
  9. Analyze sales performance and trends to identify areas of improvement.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape.
