Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy that increases the number of customers and maximizes revenue.
- Analyze customer data to identify target markets and develop sales strategies to capture those markets.
- Manage and track all sales activities, including pipeline management, customer communication, and forecasting.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue.
- Lead and motivate a team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Create and maintain a sales culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop and manage a budget to ensure efficient use of resources and cost containment.
- Analyze sales performance and trends to identify areas of improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape.
