- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the CRM marketing team.
- Create and present reports on CRM marketing initiatives and results to senior leadership.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to drive customer engagement and loyalty through CRM marketing.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Grubhub, representing the company and its values in all CRM marketing efforts.
- Support the overall marketing and business goals of Grubhub through CRM initiatives.
- Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and drive their professional growth.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Crm Marketing, Preferably In The Food Delivery Or E-Commerce Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Crm Principles And Experience Developing And Executing Successful Crm Campaigns.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
