The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for legal excellence.To be successful in this role, the Employment & Litigation Counsel must be a licensed attorney with at least 5 years of experience in employment law, litigation, and corporate law. The ideal candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of state, federal, and local labor laws and regulations, and be an effective advocate for the company in labor negotiations, arbitration, and litigation matters.
