Director, Product Management

Responsibilities:

1. Set and implement the product vision and strategy for Grubhub, with the goal of providing a superior customer experience.
2. Develop and execute a product roadmap that meets the needs of the customer and aligns with the company’s overall vision.
3. Lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of product initiatives.
4. Monitor customer feedback and insights and use them to inform product decisions.
5. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful product launches.
6. Analyze data to identify customer behaviors and trends, and adjust the product roadmap accordingly.
7. Manage and develop a team of product managers.
8. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive products.
9. Create and maintain product documentation.
10. Participate in user research and usability testing.
