Director, Care (Business Insights)

Grubhub is looking for an experienced and driven Director, Care (Business Insights) to join our team and lead our efforts to better understand our customers and the customer care landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for data-driven insights that inform our customer service strategies, operations, and product decisions.The ideal candidate for this role is an analytical and results-oriented professional, with an aptitude for problem-solving and a deep understanding of customer service operations. You should have a passion for data and an eagerness to uncover customer insights.
