You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives that will elevate our brand and drive business results.To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of brand building principles and be able to think both analytically and creatively.   1. Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the overall business objectives and drive brand growth.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand positioning.
  3. Utilize consumer insights to inform brand messaging, positioning, and creative campaigns.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that support brand objectives.
  5. Lead and manage a team of brand insights and strategy professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to drive team growth and development.
  6. Monitor and track brand performance and KPIs, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  7. Identify and assess potential brand partnerships and collaborations that align with brand values and objectives.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for brand initiatives and campaigns.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand building, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
  10. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the brand insights and strategy team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Brand Management: A Qualified Director Of Brand Insights & Strategy At Grubhub Should Possess At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In The Food Delivery Or Technology Industry. This Experience Should Include Developing Brand Strategies, Conducting Market Research, And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns.

This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Developing A Unique And Differentiated Brand Positioning For Grubhub.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: As A Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Brand Insights And Strategy Professionals.
