Client Success Manager

Our Client Success Managers are the heart and soul of Grubhub, helping ensure our clients’ success and satisfaction. As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the relationship between Grubhub and our clients, from onboarding to deepening their partnerships.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a customer-oriented problem solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’ll need to be organized, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
