The ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field and at least two years of experience in a customer service, operations, or related role. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor customer orders and ensure they are processed accurately and efficiently.
2. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
3. Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
4. Monitor customer service metrics and ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
5. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service and operational processes.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
9. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to address customer issues.
10. Develop reports and presentations to communicate customer service metrics to management.
