In this role, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and scaling our performance marketing efforts to drive user acquisition and retention.   1. Conduct data analysis: Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to performance marketing efforts.
  2. Optimize performance marketing efforts: Use data insights to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention.
  3. Develop and maintain performance dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide regular reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports to inform decision-making.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data science, to identify opportunities and implement solutions for driving business growth.
  6. Identify trends and insights: Identify trends and insights from data to inform business decisions and make recommendations for future strategies.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and apply knowledge to inform strategies and tactics.
  8. Conduct A/B testing: Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different performance marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  9. Troubleshoot and problem-solve: Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues with performance marketing campaigns and develop solutions to improve performance.
  10. Communicate findings and recommendations: Clearly communicate complex data findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
  11. Continuously improve processes: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline and optimize performance marketing operations.
  12. Maintain data integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by conducting regular data audits and quality checks.
  13. Adhere to company policies: Follow company policies and procedures related to data privacy and security in handling sensitive data.
  14. Mentor and train team members: Provide guidance and training to junior team members on data analysis techniques, tools, and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Performance Marketing Analytics, Preferably In The Food Delivery Or E-Commerce Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Sql, Excel, And Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau.

  • Experience With Digital Marketing Channels, Including Sem, Seo, Social Media, And Email Marketing.

  • Knowledge Of A/B Testing Methodologies And Experience Using Tools Such As Google Analytics Or Adobe Analytics To Track And Measure Campaign Performance.
