
Payroll Administrator
Process payroll for all company owned stores, company warehouses and corporate office; weekly, bi-weekly payroll processing in a multi-state environment. Preparing instant checks as needed. Provide regular reporting to finance, HR and other departments as needed. Maintain list of codes for earnings and deductions. Administer and monitor UTM (Ultimate Software Time Management). Monitor Accrued Vacation, Floating Holidays, and Sick Pay Investigate PTO discrepancies and correct balances as needed. Responsible for third party sick pay and reconciliation. Maintain electronic records supporting all payroll tax returns. Maintain accurate records of garnishments; set up any new garnishments. Track garnishments paid and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and process all payroll related union items. Monitor payroll email inbox and fielding all calls to payroll line. Reporting as needed by stores, warehouses, corporate
3+ years of experience in payroll field
FPC or CPP Certification preferred
Union contract experience preferred
Working knowledge of federal and state employment labor laws
