Job Description

Grindr is seeking a Product Manager to drive product(s) to increase user engagement within the network by building innovative solutions for the Grindr user community. Represent and advocate for the Grindr user to define innovative solutions to users and business problems. Lead the effort to strategize, define and execute features and optimizations to drive increase in engagement. Collaborate with other product managers and stakeholders in the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features. Work hands-on with designers and engineers to implement and build new features that meet our standards of simplicity and quality. Identify, plan and design AB Test experiments to drive organizational and product goals. Define, own and analyze metrics that inform the success of products [DAU, New Users, Engagement Metrics]

Job Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in a software company or startup environment
Experience working in or alongside product managers in a growth-stage mobile product
Proven experience to concurrently lead multiple strategic and tactical initiatives
