Shipping Lead
- Perform all functions of a Shipping employee.
- Direct Shipping staff as necessary in the absence of Shipping Supervisor.
- Check inventory, temperatures and product quality.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets.
- Ensure all forms are completed properly.
- Assist with continuous safety, efficiency, cost, and productivity improvement efforts.
- May be asked to rotate to a different area of the plant (same position and shift) based on business need.
Must have experience and knowledge in Shipping and Warehouse Procedures.
Must have Forklift Certification
Must be able to work Saturday’s during busy season
Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish with the ability to read and write in both languages.
