- Provide exceptional valet services to residents and guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Safely drive and park vehicles in designated areas, following all company and safety guidelines.
- Greet and assist residents and guests with their vehicles, providing a high level of customer service.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Keep track of keys and vehicles, ensuring they are returned to the correct owners.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of the property.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and dress code.
- Handle and report any accidents or incidents that may occur while on duty.
- Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Excellent Driving Skills: A Valet Driver At Greystar Real Estate Partners Must Possess Exceptional Driving Abilities And A Clean Driving Record. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Types Of Vehicles And The Ability To Navigate Through Busy City Streets And Parking Lots.
Customer Service Experience: As A Valet Driver, You Will Be The First Point Of Contact For Residents And Guests, And Will Be Expected To Provide A High Level Of Customer Service. Prior Experience In A Customer-Facing Role Is Therefore Highly Desirable.
Time Management Skills: A Valet Driver Must Be Able To Efficiently Manage Their Time In Order To Provide Prompt And Reliable Service To Residents And Guests. This Includes The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Accordingly.
Attention To Detail: Valet Drivers Are Responsible For Parking And Retrieving Vehicles, So It Is Important To Pay Close Attention To Detail To Ensure The Safety Of The Vehicles And Their Contents. This Includes Being Able To Accurately Note Any Existing Damage Or Issues With The Vehicle.
Physical Fitness: This Job Involves A Significant Amount Of Walking, Standing, And Physical Activity Such As Running And Lifting Luggage, So Being Physically Fit And Able To Handle These Demands Is Essential For The Role.
