Job Description

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
  2. Respond promptly and efficiently to resident service requests and ensure their satisfaction.
  3. Conduct property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  4. Maintain accurate and complete records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of equipment and supplies.
  6. Keep properties clean and well-maintained, including common areas and grounds.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Communicate effectively with property management and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the living experience for residents.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure best practices are being followed.
  12. Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  15. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
