
Service Supervisor

As the Service Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our residents receive top-notch service and maintenance for their homes. - Oversee and manage a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of all service requests and maintenance tasks.
- Mentor and develop team members to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
- Monitor and manage property inventory, ordering necessary supplies and equipment as needed.
- Create and maintain schedules for service technicians to ensure adequate coverage and response times.
- Train team members on proper use of equipment and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with property management team and residents, providing updates and resolving any escalated service issues.
- Assist with budget planning and management for service department.
- Continuously seek ways to improve service operations and implement best practices.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Property Management Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Property Management Operations, Including Leasing, Marketing, Maintenance, And Customer Service.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Achieving Performance Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Tenants, Vendors, And Team Members.
Strong Organizational And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
