Extensive Experience: A Senior Service Technician At Greystar Real Estate Partners Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Maintenance And Repair Of Residential Properties. This Experience Should Include Both Electrical And Plumbing Work.
Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have An In-Depth Knowledge Of Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And General Maintenance And Repair Techniques. They Should Also Be Familiar With Building Codes And Safety Regulations.
Leadership Abilities: As A Senior Member Of The Maintenance Team, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Supervise And Train Other Technicians. They Should Also Have Experience Managing Projects And Delegating Tasks.
